According to witnesses, the child had allegedly thrown a deceased snake at the man’s wife and recorded her reaction on a cellphone. The incident involved William Conte, 39, who was captured on video shoving the 12-year-old boy, identified as Alex Anderson. Anderson claimed that Conte’s wife had been following him and his friend. In the video, Anderson can be heard calling the woman derogatory names, while his friend accuses her of inappropriate behavior towards children. Upon encountering the kids, Conte swiftly approached Anderson and pushed him to the ground. Conte, a father-of-two, now faces charges of criminal mischief and harassment. Some residents have come to Conte’s defense, with one neighbor suggesting that the children were attempting to place a dead snake inside his wife’s car.
